摘要
本文报道了一种用于表征超快电脉冲瞬态特性的超高速电光采样技术,利用电光晶体行波普克尔效应和高重复率飞秒脉冲染料激光系统,获得结果是时间分辨率小于1ps,电压灵敏度小于50μV。测出了Cr:GaAs光电导微带开关的瞬态波形和微带传输线的色散特性。
Abstract
Ultrafast eleotro-oplic sampling technique for characterizing ultrafast electrical transients is reported. The traveling wave Poekels, effect in electrooptic crystal and high repetition rate femtosecond dye laser system wore employed. Temporal resolution of less than Ips and voltage sensitivity of less than 50 uV have been obtained, and the electrical transients of Cr:GaAs photoconductive switch and dispersive characteristics of stripline transmission lines were measured.
