摘要
针对太阳能会聚镜产品出厂检测的需要,以及传统人工检测方法对技术人员技术的高要求和检测易受天气条件的限制,对太阳能会聚镜检测进行了深入的研究,基于PLC控制技术和图像处理技术,开发了太阳能会聚镜在线检测系统。介绍了一种太阳能会聚镜快速检测系统通过控制装有一组平行排列激光头的横梁上下运动,来模拟太阳光照射,通过摄像头捕捉位于反射镜焦点的光靶成像,计算出反射镜成像偏差,进而对反射镜的状态进行评估。通过该系统,实现了对太阳能会聚镜的同步、实时快速检测。
Abstract
Due to the test requirement of the solar mirror products before delivery, the traditional testing method needs excellent skills and the test environment is easily affected by weather conditions. We did in-depth research on the testing system. Based on the implement of the PLC technology and the image processing technology, online solar reflectors testing system is developed in our lab. This paper introduces a kind of rapid detection system of solar convergent mirror. By controlling the beam which is equipped with a set of parallel lasers to simulate the sunlight, try to capture the light spots in the mirror focus, calculate the mirror imaging deviation, and then evaluate the quality of the mirror. Using this system, people can detect the solar convergent mirror system synchronously and in real-time.
