Temperature dependence of light-induced scattering effect in Ce:LiNbO3crystal
摘要
对Ce:LiNbO3光致散射效应的温度特性进行了实验研究。用带导模型和耦合波方程对其进行了理论分析。实验与理论结果相吻合。
Abstract
The light-induced scattering effect in Ce:LiNbO3 crystal was investigated experimentally as a function of temperature and analyzed theoretically by using the band-transport model and beam coupling equations. The experimental resultes were in accord with the theoretical ones.
