高激光负载多孔二氧化硅增透膜的研制
Investigation on porous silica anti-reflective coatings with high laser damage threshold
摘要
本文报道利用二氧化硅微粒胶体溶液在玻璃和KDP晶体基质上制备多孔二氧化硅薄膜。测试表明薄膜具有优良的光学特性,高的激光破坏阈值和宽带增透特性。
Abstract
We report herein about the investigation on porous silica coatings prepared from colloidal silica solution on optical glasses and KDP crystal substrates. Measurements show that the coatings are of execellent optical perfomance, high laser damage threshold and broad bandwidth anti-reflection.
