25 kW氩壁稳电弧离子体LTE性的光谱学实验研究
Spectroscopic study on LTE characteristics of 25 kW argon wall-stabilized arc plasma
摘要
本文利用光谱学诊断方法对25kW氩壁稳电弧等离子体的LTE性进行了实验研究.结果发现在实验条件下等离子体至少是PLTE的,压力高于0.05 MPa、电流大于50 A时,基本上是LTE的,谱线半宽度与等离子状态无关,只取决于电子密度.
Abstract
This paper reports the experimental investigation on the local thermal equilibrium (LTE) characteristics of 25 kW argon wall-stabilized arc plasma using spectroscopic method. The results show that the plasma is at least of PLTE in the experimental conditions, and basically of LTE when the pressure is larger than 0.05 MPa and the currents are higher than 50 A. The half-width is only dependent on the electronic density and independent on the plasma state.
