不同载荷下钛合金激光熔覆γ-NiCrAlTi/TiC/CaF2自润滑耐磨复合涂层的摩擦磨损性能

摘要
为提高Ti6Al4V合金的摩擦学性能, 采用激光熔覆技术在Ti6Al4V表面制备出以TiC为增强相、γ-NiCrAlTi固溶体为增韧相、CaF2为自润滑相的γ-NiCrAlTi/TiC/CaF2自润滑耐磨复合涂层。 分别在轻载(2、3 N)、中等载荷(5、6 N) 和重载(11、12 N) 时测试了复合涂层和Ti6Al4V合金基体的干滑动磨损性能。结果表明该复合涂层的摩擦系数及磨损率都随着载荷的增大呈现先减小后略增大的趋势; 在中等载荷( 5 N)下, 磨损表面光滑平整, 涂层中的润滑颗粒被挤压出磨损表面形成润滑膜, γ-NiCrAlTi/TiC/CaF2 润滑耐磨复合涂层的摩擦系数和磨损率均比Ti6Al4V合金基体显著降低, 该复合涂层在中等载荷(5 N)具有较好的自润滑耐磨性能。
Abstract
In order to improve the tribological behavior of Ti6Al4V, a γ-NiCrAlTi/TiC/CaF2 wear resistant composite coating reinforced with hard TiC carbide, γ-NiCrAlTi solid solution and self-lubricate phase CaF2 is fabricated by laser cladding. Sliding wear tests of the composite coating and substrate were conducted at low load(2, 3 N), moderate load(5, 6 N), heavy load(11, 12 N), respectively. The results indicated that both the friction coefficient and wear of composite coating decreased firstly, then slight increased with the increase of load. The worn surface of the coating appeared smooth. Due to the effects of oxide layer and lubricant particles spreading out onto the worn surface, the friction coefficient and wear rate of coating is lower than the Ti6Al4V under moderate load (5 N). The composite coating has excellent temperature self-lubricating and wear resistant properties under moderate load (5 N).
