摘要
亚波长偏振光栅(PGs)具有衍射效率高,偏振特性好,易于实现偏振、分束、增透、高反、相位延迟等多种功能的优点,且体积小、重量轻、性能稳定可靠,是一种优良的新型光学元件,有着巨大的应用前景。介绍了亚波长偏振光栅的发展概况与最新研究进展,亚波长偏振光栅的特点及衍射理论,并分别对金属亚波长偏振光栅和介质亚波长偏振光栅进行了分析。
Abstract
Subwavelength polarization grating poccesses high efficiency and polarization properties, and it is easy to realize polarization, beam splitting, antireflection, high-reflection, phase delay, etc. The polarization diffraction grating with light weight, small size, performance and stability is a fine new optical component and has tremendous prospect. This paper describes latest developments of polarization gratings polarization characteristics and grating diffraction theory. The metal and dielectric subwavelength polarization gratings are analyszed.
