影响激光抛光效果的因素分析

摘要
激光抛光是一种非接触式抛光方法。分析了影响激光抛光效率和抛光表面质量的因素及其影响规律, 并提出激光抛光工艺参数的选择原则。激光抛光过程中, 激光能量密度、激光波长、激光脉宽、激光光束入射角、激光光束扫描速度、扫描方式、工件材料性质和结构等因素对激光抛光效果有着重要影响。激光波长决定着材料的去除方式, 从而对抛光表面质量有着较大影响;激光的能量密度与辐照时间对激光抛光效果的影响最大, 而激光脉宽、激光光束扫描速度和扫描方式三个因素决定着激光的辐照时间, 激光扫描速度和光束扫描方式还影响着激光辐照光斑重叠情况, 从而影响激光抛光效果。
Abstract
Laser polishing is a kind of contactless polishing technique. The factors which influence the polishing efficiency and polished surface roughness are analyzed. Several factors affect the material removal rate of laser polishing process and polished surface roughness, such as laser energy density, wavelength, pulse width, incidente angle, scanning speed and scanning way of laser beam, material properties and structure and so on. It is pointed out that laser wave length determines the manner of material removal, and laser energy density and irradiation time are the most important factors in laser polishing process. Laser wavelength, pulse width, and scanning speed affect the polishing process by the irradiation time, and scanning speed and scanning way of laser beam also affect the polishing process by influencing the overlap of the irradiated zone.
