组合谐振腔的双波长THz滤波器的研究
Study on dualwavelength THz filters with combination resonators
摘要
提出一种新型的光子晶体双波长THz滤波器,该滤波器由正方晶格光子晶体中3个点缺陷优化组合的谐振腔和线缺陷构成,可以实现双波长下载功能。利用FDTD(有限差分时域)法研究了两束光波在滤波器中的传输特性,仿真计算了对应的透射谱和时域响应图。仿真结果表明,该新型滤波器能够实现单信道双波长滤波功能,并且具有谐振腔品质因子Q值大、滤波带宽窄、损耗低、稳态响应时间快和体积小易于系统集成等优点。
Abstract
This paper proposes a novel photonic crystalbased dualwavelength THz filter. Consisting of a resonator that is the optimized combination of three point defects in a square lattice photonic crystal and line defects, this resonator can realize dualwavelength THz downloading function. It investigates the transmission characteristics of two beams of optical wave in the filter, using the FiniteDifference TimeDomain (FDTD) method, and simulates the corresponding transmission spectrum and time domain response graph. Simulation results show that this filter can perform singlechannel dualwavelength filtering functions and has such advantages as large quality factor Q value of a resonator, narrow filtering bandwidth, small loss, fast steady response time, small volume and easy system integration.
