组合谐振腔的双波长THz滤波器的研究

摘要
提出一种新型的光子晶体双波长THz滤波器,该滤波器由正方晶格光子晶体中3个点缺陷优化组合的谐振腔和线缺陷构成,可以实现双波长下载功能。利用FDTD(有限差分时域)法研究了两束光波在滤波器中的传输特性,仿真计算了对应的透射谱和时域响应图。仿真结果表明,该新型滤波器能够实现单信道双波长滤波功能,并且具有谐振腔品质因子Q值大、滤波带宽窄、损耗低、稳态响应时间快和体积小易于系统集成等优点。
Abstract
This paper proposes a novel photonic crystalbased dualwavelength THz filter. Consisting of a resonator that is the optimized combination of three point defects in a square lattice photonic crystal and line defects, this resonator can realize dualwavelength THz downloading function. It investigates the transmission characteristics of two beams of optical wave in the filter, using the FiniteDifference TimeDomain (FDTD) method, and simulates the corresponding transmission spectrum and time domain response graph. Simulation results show that this filter can perform singlechannel dualwavelength filtering functions and has such advantages as large quality factor Q value of a resonator, narrow filtering bandwidth, small loss, fast steady response time, small volume and easy system integration.
