摘要
采用紫外差分吸收光谱法对工业生产所排放的烟气(SO2、NOx等)浓度进行实时连续监测,为使现场光路调整更加方便,设计了单边插入式四自由度调整探头,有效地提高光耦合效率。研究了光谱自适应算法,根据所接收到的光谱强度,自动调整光谱仪积分时间,延长了光源的使用寿命。将所研制的系统进行了现场应用实验,SO2、NO的测量误差小于±2%。
Abstract
The UV differential optical absorption spectroscopy (DOAS) is adopted to monitor the concentration of flue gas real-timely and continuously, such as SO2, NOx, etc, exhausted by industrial production. To adjust the optical path more conveniently on site, a new single plug-in double-sided probe is designed. It effectively improves the optical coupling efficiency. The spectrum self-adaptive algorithm is studied as well. It automatically changes the integral time of the spectrometer according to the input spectral intensity, and it prolongs the service life of the light source. The practical application experiments show that the developed system is stable and reliable. The relative measurement errors on the concentration of SO2 and NO are less than ±2%.
