摘要
基于飞秒激光脉冲产生的宽带光谱和马赫-曾德尔干涉仪的实验装置,利用频域干涉法测量了光子晶体光纤(PCF)在800和1040 nm波长附近的色散特性,并与有限元法(FEM)计算结果相参照,证明了该频域干涉测量装置具有良好的测量精度和实用性。
Abstract
The chromatic dispersion curves of photonic crystal fibers(PCF) are characterized nearby the wavelength of 800 nm and 1040 nm by using a spectral interferometry. This technique is based on a Mach-Zehnder interferometer setup and a broad band light source generated with the femtosecond laser pulses. A comparison between the results of finite-element method(FEM) and the experiment is demonstrated,which has proven this equipment has a very high measurement resolution and usability.
