H62黄铜激光焊接工艺与组织特征研究

摘要
为了研究H62黄铜激光焊接时母材难以熔合和Zn元素蒸发而导致的多孔焊缝,采用峰值功率300W Nd:YAG激光焊接设备,对3mm厚的H62黄铜进行焊接试验。通过控制激光脉冲波形、试样拼接紧密程度、激光加工参数和使用脉冲能量负反馈技术,结果表明:在使用前置尖峰脉冲波形与合适的激光加工参数条件下,焊接接头横截面整体形貌良好,没有发现气孔、夹杂等焊接缺陷。最后对焊接接头进行金相组织和焊缝上Cu、Zn元素成分分析,发现焊缝表面稍有凹陷,焊缝与母材具有完全冶金结合,焊接接头热影响区很窄和焊缝中心几乎全为细小晶粒的特征。
Abstract
In order to investigate the difficulties of fusing Base Material and apertures emerged caused by evaporation of Zn when laser welding H62 copper,Nd:YAG laser welding equipment with peak power 300W is used to weld 3mm-width H62 copper. By controlling the pulse wave,joint compactness,laser process parameters and using real-time Power Negative feedback,a good-shaped joint is got and neither pores nor impurity is found on cross-section of the joint. At last,analysis of metallographic structure of the joint and Cu,Zn content on the weld are carried out. Characteristics that a little sunken takes place at the surface of the weld,the weld and Base Material have a complete metallurgical bonding,the joint has a very small heat effect zone and the weld is made up of small grains can be gained.
