摘要
为了找出LD端面泵浦连续671nm激光器的最佳晶体组合方式,对激光晶体Nd:YVO4和Nd:GdVO4,及倍频晶体LBO和BIBO的物理光学特性进行了理论分析,并在相同的直腔条件下,分别用这些激光晶体和倍频晶体进行不同的组合实验,实现连续红光输出,分析对比了它们的激光特性。结果表明使用Nd:YVO4和I类临界相位匹配LBO组合可获得更高的红光输出功率及更好的光束质量。
Abstract
In order to find out the optimum composition method of crystals in LD end-pumped continuous-wave (CW) laser at 671 nm,the physical and optical properties of laser crystals Nd:YVO4 and Nd:GdVO4,nonlinear crystals LBO and BIBO were analyzed theoretically. Four CW red lasers were obtained by respectively using four composition methods of these laser crystals and nonlinear crystals. Through analysis and comparison of these four laser characteristics,it was found that red laser with higher power and better beam quality is obtained by using the composition of Nd:YVO4 and type-I critical phase matching (CPM) LBO.
