ABS粉末的选择性激光烧结成形及浸渗树脂后处理
Investigation into the Selective Laser Sintering of ABS Powder and Post Processing
摘要
研究ABS粉末的选择性激光烧结(SLS)成形工艺,并将其SLS成形件进行了浸渗环氧树脂后处理。结果表明:ABS粉末的SLS成形工艺参数为,激光功率12W,预热温度90~94℃,扫描速率2000mm/s,层厚0.15mm,扫描间距0.1mm。ABS成形件的力学性能较低,不能直接用作功能件。SLS成形件在浸渗树脂后力学性能有较大提高,拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弹性模量及冲击强度分别提高了519.2%、347.5%、368.4%及259.0%。
Abstract
The selective laser sintering (SLS) process of an ABS powder was investigated,and the formed SLS parts were post-processed by infiltrating with epoxy resin. The results show that the SLS parameters of the ABS powder were the laser power of 12W,the part temperature of 90~94℃,the scanning speed of 2000 mm/s,the slice depth of 0.15 mm and the scan spacing of 0.1 mm. The ABS SLS parts have relatively low mechanical properties and can not be used as functional parts. After the SLS parts are infiltrated with epoxy resin,the mechanical properties are greatly enhanced. The tensile strength,flexural strength,modulus and impact strength are increased by 519.2%,347.5%,368.4% and 259.0%,respectively.
