共沉淀法制备PDP用红色荧光粉(Y,Gd)BO3:Eu3+的正交实验研究

摘要
以Y2O3,Gd2O3,Eu2O3和硼酸为原料,草酸为沉淀剂,采用共沉淀法合成了PDP用红色荧光粉(Y,Gd)BO3:Eu3+。同时,利用正交实验探讨了合成工艺条件对荧光粉相对发光强度的影响。实验确定了制备PDP用红色荧光粉(Y,Gd)BO3:Eu3+的优化工艺条件:沉淀剂/金属离子总量为1.2:1;pH=8;离子混合超声20 min;沉淀超声1 h;650 ℃预烧1 h;950 ℃烧结2 h。采用PDP真空紫外测试系统、X射线衍射仪、环境扫描电镜对荧光粉进行了表征。结果表明:在优化工艺条件下所制备的荧光粉为六方晶系,空间群为P63/m ,平均粒径约为300 nm。
Abstract
Red phosphor (Y,Gd)BO3:Eu3+ was prepared by coprecipitation method with Y2O3,Gd2O3,Eu2O3 and H3BO3 as the starting material,oxalic acid as precipitant.The effect of the synthetic conditions on the relative luminescence intensity was discussed with orthogonal test.The optimal synthetic conditions were achieved as follows:noxalic acid/ncationic=1.2:1,pH=8,supersonic time of cation mixing was 20 min,super-sonic time of precipitation was 1 h,calcined temperature was 650 ℃ and the time was 1 h,sintering temperature was 950 ℃ and the time was 2 h.The phosphor was characterized by Vacuum Ultraviolet test system for PDP,XRD and ESEM,respectively.The results showed that the samples exhibited the same diffraction patterns as appeared in JCPDS card No.188-0356 corresponding to the intrinsic diffraction patterns of hexagonal structure of YBO3 with the P63/m space group.The average particle size was about 300 nm.
