2.05 μm全光纤声光移频器特性的实验研究

摘要
利用自行研制的单模光纤输出2.05 μm半导体激光器,采用外差检测技术,研究了 2.05 μm全光纤声光移频器的调制特性和偏转特性,实验结果表明,该器件的中心频率为104.5 MHz、布拉格带宽为8.92 MHz、布拉格角为41.63 mrad,最大衍射效率约为95%,其实验结果与理论分析相吻合,能够满足整个2.05 μm相干激光多普勒测风雷达系统的需要。
Abstract
Using a self-developed 2.05 μm laser diode of single-mode optical fiber output, the modulation and deflection characteristics of all-fiber acousto-optic frequency shifter are studied by means of heterodyne technique. Experimental results show that its center frequency can reach 104.5 MHz, while the Bragg bandwidth and the Bragg angle are 41.63 mrad and 8.92 MHz respectively, at the same time, the maximum diffraction efficiency could reach about 95%. The experimental results are in reasonable agreement with the theoretical analysis, which indicated that the acousto-optic frequency shifter meet the requirements of whole 2.05 μm coherent lidar system.
