摘要
三聚氰胺是一种低毒的化工原料,过量摄入会对人体造成伤害,因此对三聚氰胺的检测工作显得尤为重要。采用高脉冲重复频率为10 kHz、激光波长为266 nm的微型晶体紫外激光器(MUL)设计了荧光光谱法三聚氰胺检测系统,该系统由激光器驱动模块、紫外激光器模块、荧光光谱模块及显示处理模块四部分组成。分别对三种不同浓度的三聚氰胺进行了检测和分析,结果表明,该系统能有效检测三聚氰胺,且三聚氰胺的浓度与其荧光强度成正比。
Abstract
Melamine is a chemical raw material with low toxicity. Excessive intake of melamine is harmful to human health. Therefore, the detection of melamine is particularly important. Based on the micro-crystal UV laser (MUL) with 10 kHz high-pulse repetition frequency and 266 nm laser wavelength, a detection system for melamine is designed by fluorescence spectroscopy. The system consists of lasers driver, UV laser, fluorescence spectra module, and the displaying and processing module. Different concentrations of melamine are detected in experiments, results show that melamine can be effectively detected, and the concentration of melamine is proportional to its fluorescence intensity.
