10 W线偏振连续单频环形腔激光器
10 W Linearly Polarized Ring Cavity Configuration CW Single-Frequency Laser
摘要
报道了连续激光二极管单端抽运Nd:YVO4单频激光器的实验研究。对“8”字结构环形谐振腔在稳腔条件下,基于热透镜效应分析了工作物质中心本征模半径与抽运光平均光斑半径的关系。工作物质热沉采用自然散热,当抽运功率为30.3 W时,获得了稳定的1064 nm单频激光输出,功率为10.48 W (线偏振光功率为10.02 W);光-光转换效率约为34.6%;光束质量为M2X=1.18和M2Y=1.19;1 min内输出激光频率漂移小于70 MHz;4 h功率不稳定度优于0.5%。
Abstract
The single-frequency Nd:YVO4 laser with a CW laser-diode single-end-pumped is described. Under stablecavity condition basing on heat lens,the relation of beam radius versus pump average radius in the crystal center is analyzed in a simple bow-tie ring cavity configuration. When the incident pump power is 30.3 W,a 1064 nm single-frequency laser,with its output power of 10.48 W(line-polarization power 10.02 W),is obtained. the optical-optical efficiency is about 34.6% with beam quality is M2X=1.18 and M2Y=1.19. The fluctuation of laser frequency is about 70 MHz in a minute. The fluctuation of power is about 0.5% for four hours.
