摘要
为了对高帧频采集的序列图像进行亚像元配准,使用了基于时间调制的光学联合变换相关的方法对相邻两帧图像进行相关运算,测量出相对像移量。给出了使用该方法测量像移的原理,并搭建了实现该方法的实验平台。对不同像移图像的测量结果表明,在使用基于时间调制的光学相关法测量像移时,测量误差服从均值为0的正态分布,在显著水平为0.05下,像移测量误差的均方差不大于0.12个像元。
Abstract
To measure the sub-pixel image drift of the sequence images that were captured at high frame rate,the Time Modulated Joint Transform Correlator(TM-JTC) was used.The relative image motion of the two adjacent images was measured by inputting these images into the correlator at special time sequencing.The principle of this method was described,and the experiment platform was set up.Based on which,the measurement performance of the TM-JTC was researched.The results show that:1)the TM-JTC can measure the sub-pixel image motion;2)the measurement error follows the normal distribution,which mean is zero and the RMS is no more than 0.12 pixel when the conspicuous level is equal to 0.05.
