中距离夜视激光照明器的设计

摘要
设计了一种基于MIC29302稳压器的功率可调式激光器驱动电源,实现了对激光器的直接强度调制。根据半导体激光器对注入电流的稳定性要求高和对电冲击的承受能力差等特性,对其驱动电路进行了设计;同时,给出了激光器的保护电路和温度控制电路,较大地改进了半导体激光器电源的可靠性,提高了半导体激光器的输出稳定性,延长了激光器的使用寿命。最后,给出了详细的测试数据,测试结果证明,该驱动电源有具体的指标和良好的性能。
Abstract
A power-adjustable laser-used driving power was designed based on MIC29302 regulator,and direct intensity modulation of the Laser Diode (LD) was realized. The driving circuit was designed according to the performance characteristics of LD,such as the high stability requirement to driving current and the weak endurance ability to electric shock. The protecting circuit and temperature control system of LD were also presented. The reliability of laser power supply,output stability and operating life of LD can be improved significantly. The detailed test data is presented here and the experimental results indicate that the drive power is of excellent performance.
