低电压丙烯酸酯体系PDLC的研究
Low Driving Voltage PDLC Made by Acrylate Polymers
摘要
选用合适的丙烯酸酯体系的聚合物制备了PDLC样品,光电测试曲线表明其驱动电压可以低至25 V,改变聚合物中的稀释单体能够大幅降低PDLC的驱动电压。选用不同稀释单体的两种聚合物的介电常数及阻抗表明,聚合物的介电性能及阻抗为影响PDLC驱动电压的深层次原因,液晶的组分及PDLC的膜厚对PDLC的驱动电压也有一定影响。
Abstract
Low driving voltage PDLC samples were prepared by acrylate polymer in this paper. Optical-electric curve shows that the driving voltage of PDLC can be lowered to 25 V. By changing the diluent monomers in the polymer system,the driving voltage of PDLC can be changed largely. The experiment result shows that the dielectric constant and impedance of polymers play the key role in PDLC driving voltage. Besides,the composition of liquid crystal mixtures can also affect the driving voltage of PDLC to some extent.
