提出了一种场致发射显示器(FED)用荧光粉材料的检测方案,设计了可以对荧光粉的发光特性和温度特性进行试验的检测仪器,该仪器具有较大激发功率,可以对荧光粉材料进行寿命试验。文章给出了FED材料实测数据和结果,这些实验数据和结果分析可以为器件设计提供重要依据,使器件的一些重要特性参数得以保证。

A measurement scheme for field emission display(FED) materials was provided,and a test equipment was designed to test the luminescence properties and temperature characteristics of the phosphor powder. Furthermore,the instrument could also be used for the life test of the phosphor powder because it could generate great excitation power. The data and results of the FED materials in the experiment were presented,and these experimental data and analysis could provide a foundation for the design of the FED apparatus,to make the important parameters be satisfied.
