一种扩大动态光散射颗粒法可测溶液浓度的改进方法

摘要
针对传统动态光散射颗粒测量法测量溶液浓度范围较小的问题,通过模型和实验研究了传统DLS系统双孔结构中测量区大小对测量结果的影响,发现可通过改变测量区大小控制散射体体积,从而扩大测量溶液浓度的范围。并基于传统DLS系统双孔结构光路,通过使用可调狭缝,并增加透镜,扩大了DLS测量溶液浓度范围,实验结果表明了该方法的有效性。
Abstract
To solve the problem that the sample concentration is of small scope in dynamic light scattering(DLS)for particle sizing, the experiment is taken to investigate the effect of the measurement area of the conventional DLS. It is discovered that the concentration scope can be enhanced by changing the measurement area. According to the above discovery, the optic structure of the conventional DLS is ameliorated and the improved method which can enhance the sample concentration scope is proposed. The results prove that the improved method is reliable and accurate.
