摘要
根据激光介质Nd∶YAG的发射截面随温度的变化规律,采用被动调Q速率方程进行计算,讨论了激光介质随温度上升单脉冲坪区和坪区重叠空间的改变。结果表明:在-40 ℃到+60 ℃温度内,随激光介质的温度升高,单脉冲坪区逐渐增大,单脉冲坪区重叠空间成逐渐减少趋势,但理论上有足够的坪区重叠空间。
Abstract
Based on the relation between the temperature and the stimulated emission cross section of Nd∶YAG laser medium, using the rate equation of the passive Q-switched, the changes of single pulse plateau and the overlap plateau are analyzed. The results show that the plateau region of single pulse rises and the overlap plateau region declines with temperature increasing from -40 ℃ to +60 ℃. But in theory, there is sufficient overlap plateau region in the entire temperature range.
