摘要
有机电致发光器件自从C. W. Tang等发表了高效、高亮度双层结构器件以来,因其工艺简单、成本低、直流低压驱动,并且可制成大面积的平板显示而成为当前显示器件研究的热点 [1-4] 。Forrest等人提出的有机多层量子阱结构的概念应用到了有机电致发光器件(OLEDs)中,进而提高了有机电致发光器件的性能,引起了学者们的研究热情。文章将这种结构器件的研究情况给予综述,从结构的应用、工作原理、优缺点和应用前景方面予以展望。
Abstract
Since C. W. Tang published high efficiency, high luminance intensity double-layer structure, Organic Light-Emitting Devices became the research hotspot because of simple technology, low cost, low driving voltage, and can be made into large area of flat panel display devices. Forrest et al proposed of organic multi-layer quantum well structure and it is used in OLEDs, and performances of organic electroluminescent devices have been improved. This device structure causes the research enthusiasm of scholars. This article will give overview of the researches on this device structure from the application, principle, advantages and disadvantages and application prospects.
