摘要
文章基于对国内有线数字电视发展现状及相应问题的调研前提下,首先介绍电视画面质量不尽人意等情况发生的相关原因,其次介绍数字有线电视系统及图像编码和解码的相应知识,最后立足于单帧画面层面提出一种基于自适应牛顿插值算法的图像处理应用原理。
Abstract
The paper is based on the development of the DVB-C and the research on the related issues. First of all, it point out the reasons why the quality of the television image is unsatisfactory. And then it introduce the DVB-C system and the concept of image encoding and image decoding. At last, in order to solve the problem, the adaptive Newton Interpolation algorithm is adopted. This algorithm is applied to the processing of image and its fundamental theories are proposed in this paper.
