石英波片延迟量的温度效应研究
Study about the temperature effect of the retardation of quartz wave-plates
摘要
波片的精度会受到温度的影响。为了研究石英波片的延迟量随温度的变化关系,以减小温度变化带来的误差,采用理论分析的方法,得出了石英波片在不同环境下使用时,延迟量精度的影响因素,同时对波片在不同环境下使用时的误差进行了分析。结果表明,随温度的升高,波片延迟量规律性的减小。研究结果对于波片在不同环境下的正确使用有一定的参考价值。
Abstract
The precision of wave-plate is often influenced by temperature. In order to get the relationship between the retardation of quartz wave-plate and temperature so as to reduce the error generated by temperature,the factors affecting the retardation of the wave-plate were theoretically analyzed. At the same time,the error was analyzed under different conditions. The result shows that the retardation of the wave-plate reduces with the increase of temperature. The result is useful for the wave-plate properly used at different temperature.
