基于柔性机器人的光纤激光焊接白车身系统研究

摘要
介绍了机器人光纤激光焊接汽车白车身系统的组成及原理,通过对机器人的编程、激光焊接白车身的工艺因素等内容的研究,采用正交试验的方法进行了激光焊接白车身多层镀锌钢板的工艺实验。实验结果表明:光纤激光器配合高柔性机器人,可以实现白车身三维空间内的高质量焊接;为了便于锌蒸汽逸出,镀锌板之间应该预留合适的间隙量;采用合适的激光参数、保证焊接头与工件表面的垂直姿态以及焦点位置是影响焊接质量的关键因素。
Abstract
The composition and principle of the system of robot-fiber laser welding body-in-white have been briefly introduced,and the processing property experiments in laser welding multilayer zinc coated steels of body-in-white been carried out,through programming robot,investigating on technology factors of laser welding and applying orthogonal test to experiments. The experiments results show that fiber laser based on highly flexible robot can easily obtain high-quality laser welding of body-in-white in 3-D space. In order to let the vapors of zinc out,proper gap between multilayer zinc coated steels is supposed to be obligated. The key factors of laser welding’ s quality are applying suitable laser parameters,ensuring that welding head is perpendicular to work piece and focus point is in the right position.
