Femtosecond Laser Micromached Microporous In Lithium Niobate Crystal
摘要
研究了飞秒激光的光束参数对在铌酸锂晶体中形成微孔的影响,通过实验得出了光束参数与圆孔尺寸的关系,为飞秒激光在透明介质中加工微孔及微加工其它结构提供了参考依据。
Abstract
The effect of the beam parameters of femtosecond laser micromaching holes in lithium niobate crystal is researched. Based on the experimental reuslts, we conclude the relationship between the beam parameters and the size of holes. We think that these phenomena will provide a new route for femtosecond laser micromaching holes or other micro-structures in transparent materials.
