碳纤维表面金属覆银及其场发射特性研究

摘要
文章采用化学镀银对碳纤维(carbon fibers, CNFs)表面金属化,研究表面金属化碳纤维的场发射性能。实验结果表明,碳纤维表面金属化后体电阻率明显降低,场发射性能显著提高。当化学镀时间为15min,覆银碳纤维增重率ΔG/G约74%时,碳纤维体电阻率ρ降至4.09×10-4Ω·cm,场发射性能最优;当电压为968V时出现亮点;电压为1,733V时,亮度最高达1,357cd/m2。
Abstract
Carbon fibers (CNFs) were surfacial metallized by electroless deposited with silver, and their field emission properties were investigated by diode test. The results indicated that the field emission properties was increased prominently, which the volume resistivity of CNFs was decreased after CNFs were surfacial metallized. It was found that CNFs owned the best field emission properties after electroless depositing for 15 min, with silver metal quality increment ratio ΔG/G as 74% and volume resistivity down to 4.09×10-4Ω·cm. The field emission tests showed when applied voltage was 968V, CNFs appeared bright dots, and the high luminance achieved 1,357cd/m2 under applied voltage 1,733V.
