表面性能对胆甾相液晶显示性能的影响
Effect of Surface Properties on the Display Characteristics of Cholesteric LCD
摘要
文章主要通过胆甾相液晶显示器件在P态和FC态的反射特征谱线和微观结构来研究表面性能对显示器件的反射率、多畴结构及阈值电压的影响。结果表明,摩擦取向促使胆甾相液晶形成比较规整的多畴结构,从而增大显示器件的反射率,表面材料的性能会影响显示器件的阈值电压。
Abstract
The reflectivity, multi-domain structure and threshold voltage of the liquid crystal devices were studied by the reflective properties of P and FC state and the microscopic structure. The results showed that the rubbing technology can create a more structured multi-domain structure and increase the reflectivity of liquid crystal device. The properties of surface material would affect the threshold voltage of LCD.
