液晶显示器件(LCD)是一种高新技术的基础元器件,它是利用液晶的各种电光效应,把液晶对电场、磁场、光线和温度等外界条件的变化,在一定条件下转换为可视信号而制成的显示器。液晶显示器具有低电压、低功耗的特点,与CMOS集成电路相匹配。文章通过对液晶显示模块12232F的具体分析研究,给出了该液晶显示模块与单片机AT89S52如何实现并串口的连接方案。
