摘要
电机异常运行会导致电机温度变化,红外图像像素点的灰度值反映了物体的相对温度高低,通过电机红外图像的亮度变化获得电机温度变化信号是一种较好诊断方法。但仅依靠红外热像仪获得的红外图像的对比度低、噪声较为严重,所以必须对图像进行增强处理。提出了一种基于小波变换与加权滤波相结合的红外图像增强算法,该算法能较好地保留图像的高频与低频信息,实验证明,该增强算法具有良好的图像增强能力和视觉效果。
Abstract
Abnormal running of the motor would cause its temperature changing. The pixel gray values of a infrared image can reflect the relative temperature levels of the object. It is a good diagnosis method to obtain the motor temperature levels via the luminance variation of the motor infrared image. But the infrared images obtained by the IR imaging sensor are low contrast, and serious noisy, therefore, it is necessary to enhance the IR images. Based on wavelet and weighted filtering, a novel enhancement method is proposed in this paper,this algorithm could retain high and low frequency information well. The results show that this enhancement algorithm has excellent image enhancing function and visual effect.
