高精度激光温控系统设计
Design of a High-Precision Temperature Control System for Semiconductor Laser
摘要
针对大功率半导体激光器精确温控较为困难的问题,提出了一种高精度温控系统的设计方法。该系统采用数字PID控制以及细分温度区间的方法,实现了精确温控。在对某大功率激光器的试验中,在高低温环境下,温控精度可以达到±2℃。试验结果表明,该系统温控精度高,加热/制冷效率高,为大功率半导体激光器的温度控制提供了一种良好的解决方案。
Abstract
A method for design of a high-precision temperature control system for high-power semiconductor lasers was proposed. Digital PID arithmetic and precise temperature range partition were used to improve the temperature control precision. In test to a high-power laser, the temperature control precision could reach ±2℃ when ambient temperature ranged from -45℃ to 60℃. Experimental result showed that this system can control temperature with high precision and high efficiency, which provide a good system for temperature control of high-power semiconductor laser.
