非战争**行动航空装备保障能力指标优化

摘要
非战争**行动(MOOTW)航空装备保障能力是航空兵战斗力的基本要素之一,该能力的高低直接影响到遂行非战争**行动航空装备保障任务的优劣,因而有必要对其进行科学评估。利用传统方法构建评估指标时经常会出现指标选取不全面或冗余的现象,而且在指标权重分配上易受主观因素影响。运用因子分析(FA)和结构方程建模(SEM)技术,采用主观法建立初始指标框架,分析历史统计数据,通过客观方法对所建的指标体系进行验证、修正以及权重的分配。
Abstract
The support capacity of aviation equipment in Military Operation Other Than War (MOOTW) is one of the basic elements of aviation combat,which has direct effect on action of aviation equipment support in MOOTW.Therefore,it is necessary to make a scientific evaluation on it.However,incomplete or redundant assessment index system may occur when building up it with traditional methods,and the weight distribution is liable to be influenced by subjective factors.In this paper,Factor Analysis (FA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Methods were adopted.An initial index system was built up by using subjective method.The historical statistical data were analyzed,and the objective method was used to verify and modify the index system,and also for amending the weight distribution.Application showed the feasibility and effectiveness of our method.
