差分式红外高精度位移传感器的设计
Differential Infrared Displacement Sensor
摘要
通过测试红外光光通量的变化或红外光空间分布的情况来反映位移的变化是位移监测中常用的方法。通过采用两片红外硅光管作为红外接收器件制作位移传感器,通过测量两片硅光管输出的差分信号来测量位移。设计了恒流源电路,避免了因光源的不稳定所引起的误差。最后对信号的噪声进行了测试并对所设计传感器的定标。
Abstract
By testing the luminous flux of the infrared light or infrared light distribution of the circumstances to reflect changes of the displacement is the basic methods of displacement monitoring. This paper uses two g infrared silicon to make a displacement sensor. By measuring the differential signal of the two silicon tubes we can measure the displacement. A constant current source circuit was design to reduce the noise. Finally, the signal noise was tested and the calibration of the design of the sensor was completed.
