灰铸铁表面激光合金化制备高镍复合涂层的研究
Laser Alloying in-situ Carbide Particle Reinforced Composite Layers on the Gray Cast Iron with Ni-base Powder
摘要
在合金灰铸铁表面预置高镍粉末,采用激光合金化技术进行了制备原位合成颗粒增强复合涂层的研究。在添加强碳化物形成元素和RE2O3条件下获得了成形好、无缺陷、与基体形成冶金结合且硬度较低的合金化层。合金化层微观组织呈亚共晶介稳态,由奥氏体、莱氏体及弥散分布的大量复合碳化物颗粒相组成。颗粒相富含Ti、Zr、Mo、W元素,颗粒尺寸3~5μm,颗粒分布密度达6.65×10^3mm^-2数量级,合金化层显微硬度平均值约为Hv0.2450。
Abstract
In-situ particle reinforced composite coating produced by laser can improve both strength and toughness of metal material successfully. In this paper, the alloying layers were produced with preplaced Ni-based powders containing several strong carbide-forming elements and rare earth oxide, on the surface of gray cast iron by CO2 laser. The whole layers were fine shape, free of cracks, low hardness (HV0. 2450) and metallurgical bonded to the substrate. The results of experiments indicated that the microstructure of the layers is typically eutectic. The size of particles which distributed on layers (6.65 × 103 mm^-2) were 3 -5μm, and they were multiple carbides due to the high content of Ti, Zr, W and Mo (SCFE) elements.
