Si含量对激光合金化TiC/CrxCy陶瓷涂层组织性能影响的研究
Research on Effects of Si Content on Microstructure and Performance of TiC/CrxCy Laser Alloyed Coating
摘要
实验涂层材料以亚微米级TiC和CrxCy为强化硬质相,Fe-Cr合金为其基础粘结相,并加入特定含量的Si元素,运用激光合金化技术,在球墨铸铁表面制备出高硬度的合金化层。利用XRD、SEM、EDS等分析不同Si含量激光合金化层的相组成及显微组织,并测试其维氏硬度。结果表明:激光合金化层表面平整,并与基体实现了良好的冶金结合,形成以莱氏体与马氏体为主的显微组织;随着硅含量的提高,相和组织发生了一定变化,合金化层硬度也随之提高。
Abstract
In this research,the high hardness alloyed coating was prepared on the surface of ductile iron adopting laser alloying process, using the bonding phase of Fe-Cr alloy combined with the hardening phase of sub-micron TiC and CrxCy and a certain mass fraction of silicon. The microstructure of the laser alloying layer with different Si content was characterized by XRD, SEM, EDS. The vickers hardness of the laser alloying layer was examined. The results show that the flat alloyed coating combines metallurgically with the substrate after adopting laser alloying process. The main structures of the laser alloying layer are ledeburite and martensite. The variation of Si content has a certain effect on its phase and structure,and the hardness of the alloy layer is improved with the increase of Si content.
