一种便携式米散射激光测云雷达发射机的设计及测试

摘要
半导体激光器以其体积小、重量轻、成本低、驱动方便等明显优势,应用领域已经推广到激光探测,尤其是基于米散射理论的大气探测。根据小型化激光测云雷达大气探测的应用需求,选择了相应技术指标的半导体激光器模块,并为其设计了驱动电路(主要包括由同步计数器等构成的触发脉冲形成电路和由电压跟随器构成的激光脉宽/功率调节控制电路),解决了窄脉冲形成电路中常见的毛刺问题。在5kHz的重复频率下,对激光发射机的性能做了验证。结果表明,触发脉冲成型良好、频率稳定,激光发射脉冲半高宽度35~100ns线性可调、平均功率0~110mW线性可调,发射电路工作情况良好。
Abstract
Applications of laser diode have been extended to laser detection, in particular, atmospheric probe based on Mie scattering theory, with its significant advantages as small size, light weight, low cost, convenient drive. According to applications of small atmos pheric probe Lidar, LS9-40 /220-30/100-S10-11, laser diode module of the corresponding specifications was selected, and a drive cir cult was designed (mainly consists of a trigger pulse forming circuit constituted by synchronous counters and a laser pulse width / pow er control circuit constituted by voltage followers), meanwhile glitch problem commonly found in ultra narrow pulse forming circuits was resolved. Finally, the laser transmitter was tested of its performance at 5kHz repetition frequency, and the results show that the shape of trigger pulse is excellent, and its repetition frequency is stable. Laser's half-height pulse width is linearly adjustable between 35-100ns, and its average power is also linearly adjustable between 0-110mW, the transmitter works well.
