气体放电管可靠性强化试验研究
Reliability Enhancement Testing in Gas Discharge Tube
摘要
气体放电管的可靠性直接影响设备和人身的安全,利用强化试验技术提高气体放电管的可靠性。介绍了气体放电管的基本结构及在实际使用中的失效部位,依据可靠性强化试验技术设计了针对气体放电管的随机振动试验方案,测试气体放电管的电极材质、引线直径、焊接高度、根部焊接面积和底板材质等参数对其可靠性的影响。试验结果表明焊接高度、根部焊接面积和底板材质是造成气体放电管失效的主要原因,改进这些参数后,有效地提高了气体放电管的可靠性。
Abstract
The reliability of gas discharge tubes impact directly on safety of equipment and person. The aim of this paper is to improve the reliability of the gas discharge tube through RET (Reliability enhancement testing). The basic structure of the gas discharge tube is introduced and the fault positions of the tube in using are presented. Based on the theory of RET, random vibration testing programs are designed to test the reliability influence of the parameters such as electrode material, welding area of electrode and lead wire, and center height of the tube and motherboard material. Test results show that the center height of the tube, the welding area of the root and the motherboard material are the main reasons for the failure of gas discharge tubes. The reliability of the gas discharge tube is effectively improved after revising these parameters.
