摘要
在液晶显示器(LCD)生产中,液晶的灌注是最重要的部分,而且液晶灌注时对环境的要求很严格,必须对灌注腔体内表面进行进一步处理。通过对灌注腔体内壁采用机械抛光和电化学抛光相结合的办法,使得灌注腔体内表面形成一层钝化膜,方便清洁、不易吸附杂质、不易脱落金属颗粒,满足了液晶灌注的要求,方便了液晶显示器的生产。
Abstract
The liquid crystals perfusion is the most important part of the LCD production. It is stringent requirements on the environment. So it must process the perfusion chamber surface. Approach using Mechanical polishing and Electrachemical polishing is used to process the perfusion chamber surface. Forming a layer of metal passivation film, it is convenient to purifying, diffcult toabsorbe impurities and shed the metal particles. It meets the infusion requirements, facilitates the production of the LCD.
