单频环形腔Nd:YVO4激光器实验研究
Experimental study of a ring cavity configuration single-frequency Nd:YVO4 laser
摘要
采用“8”字结构环形谐振腔,进行了连续激光二极管单端泵浦Nd:YVO4激光器的实验研究。在室温下当泵浦功率为25.4W时,获得稳定1064nm单频激光输出功率为7.7W,光-光转换效率30.3%; 光束质量为M2X=1.15和M2Y=1.18; 3h功率不稳定度优于1%。
Abstract
The single-frequency Nd:YVO4 laser with a CW laser-diode end-pumped and a simple bow-tie ring cavity configuration is described. When the incident pump power is 25.4W, the single-frequency output power of 7.7W is obtained from the Nd:YVO4 laser at 1064nm, the optical-optical efficiency is 30.3% with beam quality is M2X=1.15 and M2Y=1.18. The fluctuation of power is about 1% for three hour.
