摘要
为了解决目前LED摩托车信号灯光效低、成本高的问题,提出了一种基于LED光强分布数学模型的新方法。在推导了曲面LED阵列光强分布数学模型的基础上,将其应用于LED摩托车信号灯配光设计。进一步采用Tracepro光学仿真软件对该方法设计的LED摩托车制动灯进行了模拟实验,结果证明曲面LED阵列光强分布的数学模型正确,能够满足国家摩托车配光标准的要求,从而对实现了LED摩托车信号灯的配光设计。
Abstract
A new method based on the mathematical model of LED intensity distribution is proposed in order to solve the problems of low luminous efficiency and high production costs in the current signal lamps of LED motorcycles. And the method is applied to the optical design of signal lamps of LED motorcycle after studying on the derivation of mathematical model of intensity distribution of curved LED arrays. Further by using the optical simulative software Tracepro, the simulation results show that the mathematical model of intensity distribution of curved LED arrays is not only correct but also conforms to the codes of motorcycle optical design. Thus the optical design of signal lamp of LED motorcycle is realized.
