光纤激光金属薄板拼焊系统和装夹具结构设计

摘要
由于超薄不锈钢板本身易变形和拼焊热变形大的特点,除了控制焊接的工艺参数外,激光源和焊装夹具对保证焊接质量极为重要。文章阐述了光纤激光器用于薄板焊接的优势,针对薄板拼焊时的对位、定位和装夹专门设计了特殊结构的对位块和方法,使薄板夹持简单方便,效果良好,可有效地减少和控制定位误差的影响,提高薄板焊接的质量。
Abstract
As the thin stainless steel sheet itself is easy to deform and get the thermal deformation by welding, it is utmost important to ensure the welding quality by not only controlling the welding process parameters, but also laser source selection and the welding jig design. This article describes the advantages of fiber laser using in metal sheet welding, designed a special structure to realize the fine alignment and positioning, so that plate clamping is simple and convenient, has good effect, can reduce and control the positioning error effectively, and improve the quality of metal sheet welding.
