摘要
采用改进的线性组合算符及么正变换的方法研究了极化子速率对量子点中强耦合磁极化子性质的影响。 在考虑 Rashba 自旋轨道耦合相互作用影响下,导出了量子点中强耦合磁极化子的振动频率、基态能量、 有效质量和相互作用能随极化子速率的变化关系。对 RbCl 晶体进行数值计算,结果表明:量子点中强耦合 磁极化子的振动频率、基态能量、有效质量随极化子速率的增加而增大,相互作用能随极化子速率的增加而减少。
Abstract
Effects of speed of polaron on properties of a strong-coupling magneopolaron in a quantum dot are studied by using improved linear combination operator and the unitary transformation methods. Relations of the vibrational frequency, ground state energy, effective mass and interaction energy of a strong-coupling magnetopolaron considering the influence of Rashba effect, which is brought by the spin-orbit interation, are derived in the quantum dots with speed of polaron. Numerical calculations for RbCl crystal are performed and the results show that the vibration frequency, ground state energy and effective mass of the strong-coupling magnetopolaron in a quantum dot increase with increasing of speed of poloran, and interaction energy of magnetopolaron decreases.
