H.248/Megaco协议消息编码可以采用二进制或文本方式，由于文本方式具有很强的可读性，因此实际应用中采用的都是文本方式。文章通过研究协议消息的文本编码规范，找出文本编码方式层次化的特点，提出一种分层解析的体系架构来解码协议消息，下一层的解析是在上一层解析结果之后进行的，提高了解析效率。文章对解析其他具有相似编码特点的协议消息具有参考意义。

H.248/Megaco messages can be encoded in both binary mode and text mode, but the latter mode is usually used in practical applications owing to its high readability. This paper finds out its layering features by investigating the text encoding norm and presents a layering parse architecture to decode the messages, in which the layering parse begins after the previous one is finished, increasing the parsing efficiency. This conclusion has some reference value for parsing protocol messages with similar encoding characteristics.
