溶质维尔德常数分离检测及其应用研究

文章基于法拉第磁光效应原理,设计了溶质维尔德常数分离检测系统。该系统可以消除溶剂和容器等背景旋光的影响,达到分离检测溶质维尔德常数的目的。系统采用了双光路参比放大信号处理技术,提高了系统的检测灵敏度。分析了系统的检测精度与误差,结果表明,检测精度与除法放大器的精度和放大倍数、标准物质及待测物质的维尔德常数有关;小角度近似计算产生的相对误差较小。同时,根据溶质维尔德常数与浓度之间的关系,研究了该技术在混合溶液浓度检测中的应用。
Abstract
The separate detecting system of detecting Verdet constant of solute is designed based on Faraday effect principle. The detection technology can eliminate the impact of the background rotation such as solvents and containers to achieve the purpose of detecting Verdet constant of solute separately. The system used signal amplification processing technology based on a pair of optical paths to improve the system's detection sensitivity. Analyzed the detection accuracy and error of the system, the results shows that the detection accuracy is related to the accuracy with magnification of the division amplifier and Verdet constant of the reference material and sample material; and the relative error from the approximated calculation of small-angle is small. The technology of detecting the mixed solution concentration is researched under the relationship between the Verdet Constant and the concentration of the solute.
