钛合金件激光弯曲成形形状和尺寸精度控制的研究

摘要
研究了TC4钛合金薄板激光弯曲成形工艺。设计了具有气体保护的成形专用夹具并研究了激光弯曲时工艺参数及扫描路径对钛板最终成形形状和尺寸精度的影响以及激光弯曲对材料性能与微观组织的影响。确定激光弯曲扫描轨迹间隔距离在78.6 mm时, 工件尺寸在误差范围800+0.5 mm内。观察金相微观组织发现热影响区约占板厚1/3, 相变析出针状马氏体并产生界面强化效果, 显微硬度高于母材。生产出符合形状尺寸精度和力学性能要求的工件, 满足使用要求。
Abstract
In this paper, the technics of laser bending on TC4 titanium alloy sheets have been studied. The clamp with gas protect function has been designed for this experiment. The laser bending's effects of optimal parameters and scanning routes on the final shape of titanium sheet, as well as the influences of the material capability and microstructure have been studied too. When the distance between the scanning routes is 78.6 mm,the dimension of workpiece is within the error range 800+0.5 mm.The metallographs show that the heat affected zone(HAZ) takes about one thirds of the sheet's thickness.The precipitation of acicular martensite leads a result of strengthening which makes the microhardness of HAZ much higher than base metal's. The workpieces which meet the requirements of size, shape, mechanical capability and practicality use have been produced.
