摘要
激光Z扫描技术是研究非线性光学材料性质的一种有利方法。介绍了激光Z扫描技术原理和激光Z扫描实验系统组成。针对激光Z扫描实验数据量大、稳定性要求高的特点,使用Labview 语言开发了激光Z扫描实验系统。该系统可对激光Z扫描实验进行自动化控制,并对实验数据进行保存和处理。实验表明,该系统能大大提高测试效率和稳定性。
Abstract
Laser Z-scan technology is a favorable method to study the properties of nonlinear optical materials. The principles of laser Z-scan technology and the compositions of Z-scan experiment system are introduced. According to the features with plenty of data and high stability, the laser beam Z-scan system based on Labview is developed. The laser beam Z-scan experiment can be automatically controlled by the system, and the experimental data can be stored and processed. The results show that the system can greatly increase the test efficiency and stability.
