低损耗薄膜背散仪吸光器的关键技术研究

摘要
激光高反射膜片的背散光大小直接影响激光陀螺的精度, 低损耗薄膜背散仪是在全积分散射测试理论及立体角积分散射测量原理的基础上提出的一种测量高反射膜片背散光的新方法。在低损耗薄膜背散仪的设计中, 吸光器的吸光装置结构及吸光材料的选择直接影响着测量精度。计算表明, 在用波长λ=632.8nm、激光功率P=10mW的氦氖激光照射至与光源相距1.4m的吸光器后, 积分球式吸光器比平面结构吸光器的吸光效果高约4个数量级, 回到积分球的杂光照度少了约5个数量级。通过实验测量, 经表面烟熏处理的钢块相对反射率仅为0.008, 是吸光器理想的内壁涂层材料。使用该涂层材料的积分球式吸光器, 它对背散射光造成的干扰仅为4.981×10-9W/m2,可有效地提高背散射仪的测量精度。
Abstract
The backscattering light intensity of laser with high reflective membrane affects the level of precision laser gyro, on the basis of all integral scattering theory test and principles of solid angle measurement results,a new method of mesuring the backscattering light intensity is proposed, which is called the low-loss instrument for measuring film backscattering instrument. In the low-loss instrument for measuring film backscattering instrument design process, selecting the absorption device and high absorptivity material directly influence the accuracy .When the wavelength is 632.8nm, the power of the He-Ne laser is 10mW, and to the source distance is 1.4m with absorption device, calculations show that the use of integrating sphere type absorption device is better than using the flat structure absorption device, absorption effects is higher 4 orders of magnitude, return to the integrating sphere complex illumination is least 5 orders of magnitude. Through experimental measurements, the surface treatment of steel smoke is only 0.008 relative reflectance, absorption device can be used as ideal inside coating material. The coating material is used by the integrating sphere type absorption device, the device disturbance to the back-scattering of light is only 4.981×10-9 W/m2, it can improve the measurement accuracy of the back-scattering effectively.
